Baby Beduga Cloth Diaper Review

I was recently sent a Baby Beduga Pocket Diaper to try. Let me first tell you about Baby Beduga. Crystal, owner of Baby Beduga, is a Work At Home Mom based in Wyoming. She started cloth diapering with her 2^nd baby, after spending so much money to use disposable diapers with her first. She also became quite concerned with the chemicals found in disposable diapers and the toll on the environment. Since then, Crystal has become very passionate about cloth diapering and she wishes to enable all families, regardless of income, to be able to cloth diaper their babies. She carefully chose a diaper with features based on what she wanted in a cloth diaper and the Baby Beduga is her favorite cloth diaper to use on her own child.

DIY Baby Leggings

Do you love all those cute baby leggings? I do too...but I'm a Stay A Home Mom and even though my fiance has a wonderful job...we're definitely on a limited income. I can't afford to pay $10-$12 for one pair of baby leggings. I wish I could though because there are some great brands making some adorable leggings. So in the meantime, I decided I'd have to make my own.

3 Days and Counting.....

Since the Internet went down and we've been waiting for a fix! Living in a small town sometimes means losing Internet service for a few days…I guess! We’re only 10 minutes from a city with over 200,000 people and a huge technology sector…seems likes it shouldn’t go in and out the way it does. Anyway…this brings us to now. I’m a blogger and I've had to go 3 days without Internet...so far! That’s like a taxi driver without a car…or a phone operator without a phone! It’s frustrating to say the least.

Last Sunday I had the chance to take Immie to a local festival, New West Fest. There are always tons of vendors and non-profit organizations...so many places to spend your money on great products or learn about and/or become involved in a great organization. That's where the U COUNT Campaign comes in.

I stopped at this little booth selling beautiful handbags, scarves, wallets, pillow cases, and more. The lady handed me a pamphlet and asked me if I'd heard of the U COUNT Campaign. I hadn't. After she explained what it was, I had to buy something.

I've had this peg board covered with olive green fabric forever! It's been used to display jewelry on at craft fairs, store jewelry at home, message board, and even a table top. For the past 2 years it's just been leaning behind a door. Then we moved and I didn't know what to do with it...so it kept staring at me and I'd just move it around the house.

Shane and I will be getting married on March 23, 2013 and Imogene will be celebrating her first birthday the Sunday before. What I Brought to Turkey Dinner 2011!

This post may seem out of place in the summer...but I was scrolling through a recipe Facebook group I'm in...trying to find another recipe I did (no luck)...and came across this one! I remembered how yummy this was so I had to share it now.

Every year a bunch of friends get together and have Thanksgiving dinner together. It's a potluck, and we usually have the traditional fare of turkey, mashed potatoes, and stuffing. After that it's any body's guess what else will be on the menu!

Tattoos: Yay or Nay? What Do YOU Say?

Well....I have to give it a big resounding YAY!
 

I'm a heavily tattooed mama so of course I love tattoos! I had a feeling I would be addicted so I didn't rush into getting my first tattoo. I was actually 25 when I got the first one. But after that I just didn't stop...I kinda knew I wouldn't. I have a total of 18 tattoos...I just counted twice! Those 18 do take up quite a bit of space on my 5'2" frame.

Punkin-Butt Flannel Wipes Review

The thought of using cloth wipes freaked me out at first. I don’t know why, seeing as I cloth diaper my baby and wash dirty diapers every other day. On top of that, I’m always stuffing the regular wipes in with my cloth diapers and then picking them out later…eww…and sometimes I forget and pull a wipe chain out of the washer.
